Twice this year I have purchased spares for my Yamaha from Fowlers of Bristol and their service has been exceptional. In fact, I would say that understates it.

The parts department are friendly and knowledgeable and the parts have arrived in the following morning’s post despite being ordered late the previous afternoon.

Plus the right part was sent – did I expect anything else?
Frankly no, but experience of ordering parts over the telephone has not always resulted in getting the right item.
