News just in from the MAG website:
‘It will take a long time and much resource to mend what has been broken, but the Government and DSA now need to take urgent action…’
That is one of the less damning conclusions reached by a watchdog committee of MPs investigating the catastrophic implementation of the new test.
The report highlights MAG’s evidence 7 times and says, among other things; the Government, through DSA, failed to apply common sense, made the test inconvenient and confusing, should never have raised the test fee 50%, wasted millions in public funds building unnecessary new test centres and that they should amend the test asap.
Thankyou to everyone who wrote letters, attended demos and supported us in any way.

So far 53 MPs have signed the Early Day Motion requesting Government to consider separating the two elements of the swerve and stop exercise and to investigate how the availability of test centres could be addressed.
