Why The Hairy Bikers of course and their new series ‘Mums Know Best’

I’ll watch anything on TV with motorbikes in it and so it is a real joy to have the chaps back on the telly. Not only great food but lots of laugh out loud moments too and a couple of Ducatis thrown in for good measure. Great stuff!

Riding around the UK on their Ducatis and meeting mums. Then getting them to cook their favourite recipes that have been passed down through their families. Genius.

My god those boys can eat!

But with the bounty of home-cooked food put in front of them in each episode who can blame them?

One of the things I love about The Hairy Bikers is that they are helping to drastically improve Joe Public’s impression of motorcyclists – hopefully away from the tabloid shock-horror-probe reporting that normally accompanies the word motorcycle.

In addition they are saying it’s cool for men to cook, very sexy too eh girls?

My other half does quite a bit of cooking, both taught by his mother and also out of necessity when living on his own.

Long may they continue entertaining us and bringing us great recipes is all I can say.
